hello to all that had the honor to have served abourd what i think was one of the finest ships in the navy of her time, i am richard a. dyson, now 58 years old, in 1973 i joined the navy, went to boot at orlando, then to great lakes for A school, then to the u.s.s. cochrane ddg 21 , i was a o.s. ( scope dope ) but my heart was with you deck apes, i started a motorcycle club called midnight m. c. , went on a dependents cruse to the big island and back and the skipper rammed to dock showing off, i could go on and on but the big ??? is dose any one remember me?????
