That's all well and good for anybody that might have only been stationed on Cochrane. But I'm sure that alot of us were stationed on other ships and shore duties. And the TogetherWeServed site is a great place for us individuals to find shipmates from these other duty stations that may not have a site of it's own. But I also agree with what you said about John. He has done an outstanding job with this site, and I for one would be more than willing to compensate him for all his time and effort.

Horace, I have to agree with Mike, the TogeatherWeServed is a good common meeting ground for everyone. /This site is the greatest site for the Cochrane. I like the idea of sending John some money, he has certainly put his all into it.

The point was for everyone to recognize the work that John has put into the site and has NEVER to my knowledge asked for anything, while the other site is asking for a membership fee..
